1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple warehouses across Asia and the United States. Your order will be dispatched from the closest location depending on product availability and your shipping address.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us within 6 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

8. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We recommend checking the size chart listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
